This an online prenatal yoga group that offers support and accountability to make sure you are taking the time and devoting the energy you need to take care of yourself through pregnancy and early postpartum. 

We provide quality remote support through pregnancy and early postpartum. We aim to support a community who understands and is empowered by informed consent and the choices they make during pregnancy, birth and early postpartum. 

Your monthly membership includes:

  1. 3 15-30 minute prenatal yoga sequences/week
  2. 1 breath practice/month
  3. 1 journal topic/week – This will help you dive deep into getting the most out of your pregnancy, labor and birth!
  4. Private facebook group access for daily Gratitude posts– Post what you are most grateful for each day to our private facebook group-tag your mama friends in group, or mamas in the group who inspire you.
