As a person who has never really done yoga before, I was scared to try prenatal yoga out. BUT, I know the benefits of it and knew I needed to at least try it out. Cristina has a way of instantly making you feel at home and at peace as soon as you meet her. I instantly fell in love with the class and how it made me feel! I still practice everything she taught me and I know it will be useful for the labor & delivery process and even after! She has also taught me how to truly mentally check in with myself and I will cherish and practice that forever. I absolutely recommend anyone to at least try out her prenatal/postpartum yoga program, you will NOT be disappointed!!Kelsey B.
I attended the yoga class a few times. It was cleansing and helped me connect to my baby girl. It helped me as a student/provider connect to my body and step away from my role.
